WASH THE CHARLIE SHIRT THAT YOU BROUGHT HOME, and bring it on the next time we are going to wear it.. ESP: those who got a shirt size that is CLEARLY not yours. (eg. i have a L size :D)
- and if you go home and REALISE
that something is missing or something not yours, please be responsible and tell us before the wed parade. and if you need anything like BADGES please ask ASAP and don't leave things to the last minute an tell us you dun have this and that.
2)ADVICE or rather SCOLDING from Ma'am Ho,
PLEASE LABEL YOUR STUFFS including every part oof your no.3 + belt and dustcover in case of happenings like today. (ASAP, in case today's "GAME" happen this wed or fri)

Ø 5BX: 60
Ø Leg Kicking: 10 counts of 4
Ø Rotating Jumping Jacks: 40
Ø Burpees: 15
Ø Heel Raisers: 20
Second Set: (estimated time 22 minutes)
Ø 5BX: 55
Ø Leg Kicking: 10 counts of 4
Ø Rotating Jumping Jacks: 35

*Water Breaks: After second set, leg kicking. (2 minutes) Unless they ask for the break earlier.
the above proposal have been accepted by NCOs already.
Jovina, Chen Ting and Myself will be "conducting" the P.T and then the rest just have to go around and make sure those doing the P.T (part bs and as) dun chao geng(sp?) Then during the run, the rest just run behind the part bs and as. Jovina, Chen ting, Myself and maybe another person will lead the run. Yup, are you all okay with it? Sms me if you all object to anything or have any questions:)
oh and btw, water parade is not part of P.T, so we have our 1 full hour to complete all those things stated above.
one last important thing, for tomorrow's P.T,

Hi Charlie,
I have to apologise for not turning up last Thursday for SYF training. In light of the irregular hours of sleep, I seriously overslept and woke up with a pain in my mouth so I had to give it a miss. Sorry for not being there with you guys especially since it'll be the first time after you guys came back from Perth!
Anyhow, since we have the test on Tuesday, does everyone want to go and return our No.1 uniform on that day too? Just a thought k.
